September 25th Directed by: Adam Wingard I've never seen a movie try so hard to be a found footage film and not give a shit at the same time. They spend like 25 minutes telling you about every camera and explaining all the shots, and even then there are a couple near the end that don't make sense. So many added sound effects, every ineffective jump scare just made me angry or made me laugh. No subtlety at all, which is kind of ridiculous considering the film it's based on. I was bored and annoyed the entire movie. I like Adam Wingard, I'm gonna believe that this was all the fault of studio interference.

September 23rd Directed by: Michael Ramos Araizaga It's definitely more of a documentary than La Paz in Buenos Aires, for better and for worse. Mostly for worse actually. Basically the movie says "There's this thing called Exotico wrestling, here's a few of them, here's what a couple people think about it." It's a very interesting subject and I do think I've learned a bit more about it, but there's just not much here. I don't think a non-wrestling fan would care about this at all.

September 22nd Directed by: Marcelo Charras So much of this was so obviously set up I wonder why it was presented as a documentary. I mean, the events that took place were real, I assume, but almost every scene was so clearly directed. At the end of the day it made for a nice experience so I don't really care.
