September 11th, 2018 if Dead Space was Alien, and Dead Space 2 was Aliens... I think you get where I'm going with this. At it's heart it still has the great mechanics of Dead Space even if all the surrounding design choices have gone to shit. I didn't have a problem getting through this one, except that it took me 3 years to get back to it. Building weapons is fun I guess.
